Why Pink Floyd 2023?

In 2023, Pink Floyd official YouTube channel uploaded the 2023 Remastered version of "Eclipse" from 1970's...

The odd thing is that they used an extremely distorted (Pixelated) static image for the song?

Is this a metaphor for 2023 remastering? An artistic intention? Or a technical mistake?
