RoundSparrow Declares

The main things I want to declare on January 4, 2024... confessions of my own personal limitations:

The Traffic song "Low Spark of High Heeled Boys" released 1971 is one of the most inspiring to me throughout the first 14+ years of this "Experience Mythology Project". and Traffic played with Jimi Hendrix - which connects back to my late 1990's working for the "Experience Music Project". Further, that song was named in Tunisia which is a deep connection to me for early 2010 Arab Spring Jasmine Revolution on Facebook and my journey to Africa.

Yes, these notes are written like a personal scribble journal I wouldn't share public and not edited as many would like, but hey, who will even bother to read them, ha!

“English, strictly speaking, is not my first language by the way. I haven't yet discovered what my first language is so for the time being I use English words in order to say things. I expect I will always have to do it that way; regrettably I don't think my first language can be written down at all. I'm not sure it can be made external you see. I think it has to stay where it is; simmering in the elastic gloom betwixt my flickering organs.” ― Claire-Louise Bennett

"Heaven and hell are within us, and all the gods are within us. This is the great realization of the Upanishads of India in the ninth century B.C. All the gods, all the heavens, all the worlds, are within us. They are magnified dreams, and dreams are manifestations in image form of the energies of the body in conflict with each other. That is what myth is. Myth is a manifestation in symbolic images, in metaphorical images, of the energies of the organs of the body in conflict with each other. This organ wants this, that organ wants that. The brain is one of the organs." - Joseph Campbell, age 81
